Self introduction
I have been pracricing karate for more than ten years, and it has become a part of my life. The most important lesson from all the training is that every challenges in your life can forge you to become a better version of yourself. To change yourself and pursue progress, you must first find your determination, then improve your physique, and finally perfect your skills.
The more I study, the more I feel that I am just at the entrance of the art. Karatedo is a never-ending journey, and I am going to enjoy every minute of it.
